Choreography Contest

Does your dancer enjoy creating their own dances? The choreography contest is a great opportunity for them to show off their skills and enter for a chance to perform their own choreography in the recital. The rules for the choreography contest are as follows:
 

-Entries must be solos, duets, or trios
-Every participant must be a current dancer at the Dansville Dance Academy
-Entries must be at least 1 minute long but no longer than 2 minutes
-To be entered in the contest, dances must be finished and performed
for Miss Lauren by October 28th, 2026
-Entries must be entirely student-choreographed
 

This year, two winners will be chosen to perform their dance in the
recital: a 1st place winner and a runner-up. All dancers who
participate in the choreography contest but do not win 1st place or
runner-up will receive a consolation prize.
